Specializzata nella lavorazione industriale di metalli e materie plastiche, Terenzi Srl è centro di competenze e offre prodotti e servizi integrati. Progetta, produce e assembla componenti o prodotti finiti, tecnici o di design, tramite stampi o mediante taglio laser, punzonatura (anche a ciclo combinato), piegatura e processi tipici della carpenteria leggera di precisione. Gli stampi per la deformazione a freddo di metalli e per stampaggio a iniezione di termoplastici vengono realizzati dall'attrezzeria interna. L'attività di co-design, engineering, progettazione stampi e automazione viene svolta dall'ufficio tecnico per mezzo di software cad-cam a 3 assi e di applicativi specifici per lo studio e la simulazione dei cicli produttivi. Per garantire la massima flessibilità, le stazioni di progettazione sono in grado di importare direttamente file generati da svariati applicativi CAD. Tutto il dipartimento tecnico è gestito e monitorato con un software per la schedulazione e la consuntivazione delle commesse, accessibile via web anche dai clienti, per la verifica degli stati d'avanzamento. La valutazione attenta di tutti gli aspetti delle commesse, l'aggiornamento costante delle competenze, il rinnovamento delle tecnologie applicate e la selezione accurata delle materie prime, consentono di rendere i processi innovativi, dinamici e ottimizzati, raggiungendo alti standard qualitativi, attenti anche al tema della sostenibilità ambientale e al futuro del pianeta.

Our mechatronics reality, Terenzi Srl – TGroup, has been operating for over 55 years with 100% Italian experience and efficiency, creativity and quality. Specialized in the industrial processing of metals and plastics, Terenzi Srl is a center of expertise and offers integrated products and services. It designs, manufactures and assembles components or finished products, technical or design, using molds or by laser cutting, punching (also combined cycle), bending and processes typical of precision light carpentry. The molds for the cold deformation of metals and for the injection molding of thermoplastics are made by the internal tooling shop. The activity of co-design, engineering, mold design and automation is performed by the Technical Dpt. through 3-axis cad-cam software and applications, that are specific for the study and simulation of the productive processes. In order to grant the maximum flexibility, the project stations are able to import directly all the files, that have been generated by different cad application systems. The whole Technical Dpt. is managed and monitored by a software for the scheduling and the calculation of the order summary. The same system also allows customer access through a dedicated IP address, to verify the activity progress status. The careful evaluation of all aspects of the orders, the constant updating of skills, the renewal of applied technologies and the careful selection of raw materials, allow to make the processes innovative, dynamic and optimized, reaching high quality standards, also attentive to the theme environmental sustainability and the future of the planet.
